    Can I get a repair quote over the phone?

    Unfortunately not. Due to the number of variables involved when it comes to vehicle damage, we need to see the vehicle to provide an accurate estimate.

    Do I have to contact my insurer? Or can you do it?

    Yes, you will need to contact your insurer to inform them of the accident / incident. They will then provide with the necessary information needed to process your claim.

    Will I have to pay an excess?

    This will depend on your insurance company and your current policy. Your insurance company will be able to provide this information for you.

    Where is my vehicle stored?

    Your vehicle is kept on our secured, locked and alarmed premises, under cover.

    How long will you need my vehicle for?

    This depends on the nature of the damage. We will do our very best to have your vehicle repaired and ready for you to drive again. We will try to limit the amount of time you are without your vehicle.

    Am I able to use a hire car while my vehicle is being repaired?

    It’s a good idea to check with your insurer to see if a hire car is provided as part of your policy.

    Can you match my vehicle's colour?

    We take great pride in our attention to detail. We have made major investments in the latest technology to allow us to ensure each vehicle has been repaired to the highest possible standard.

    Will you notify my insurer before the repairs are made?

    After we have provided a quote for the damage to the vehicle, we will notify your insurer so they are able to inspect the vehicle. From here, the paperwork can be arranged so we can begin the repairs.

    How will I know when my vehicle is ready?

    We will keep you informed throughout the repair process. You are more than welcome to contact us at any time to enquire about the progress of your vehicle repairs.

    Do you provide a warranty or guarantee on vehicle repairs?

    Yes, all repairs provided by us, are guaranteed for the lifetime of the vehicle.

    Do you provide an itemised list of costs?

    At the completion of the job, we will provide an itemised list of all costings. We will go through this and explain this when you come to collect the vehicle. We encourage you to ask us to clarify anything unclear.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, EFTPOS and cash.
